  커커 아카데미는 작은 씨앗에서부터 시작해 큰 나무로 성장해 가는 자연의 흐름과 같이 미용을 사랑하는 마음에서 시작해 트렌드와 예술성을 겸비한 헤어 아티스트로 성장해 나가는 미용인을 돕고 그들 스스로 새로운 아름다움을 창조해 나갈 수 있는 성장 배경이 되어 주고자 노력하고 있습니다.
  
  국내 최고 수준의 강사진들과 커리큘럼으로 헤어 스타일리스트 양성을 위한 전 과정에 걸친 교육이 진행되며 주니어 페스티벌과 인턴 연수 등의 프로그램들로 다양한 기회를 제공하고 있습니다. 또한 매년 아카데미 강사들이 주축이 된 트렌드 발표를 통해 ㈜커커의 창조적 영감을 부여하는 심장과 같은 역할을 하고 있습니다.

KERKER has been striving to steadily discover and systemize the education system that represents the beauty culture and industry, such as a designer training program that cultivates beauty experts' systematic techniques and creative ideas; the service, character, and mindset training program, the professional managers' training program, and the global-sense training program.
  
  Like how seeds prosper into trees, KERKER Academy was founded as a means to support people who love hairdressing industry and to help them learn new trends and artistry to grow into great hair designers.
  
  It offers Korea's top-level faculty and systematic curriculum for training hairstylists, and diverse opportunities like Junior Show and an internship program for the trainees to help develop their social competence and confidence.

  为了培养出色的美发造型师，专门聘请韩国最高水准的讲师团队进行全程指导、并安排有层次清晰的课程。值得一提的是，学员们还有机会出演JUNIOR SHOW并参加实习研修，充分提升社会价值和自信。 此外，每年在学院讲师主导下进行的流行趋势发表起到了激发KERKER创作灵感的关键作用。
